The ball shut-off drain valves are components used to fill or drain the systems. They are normally used in domestic water systems, heating systems. The valve has a plug that, when unscrewed, becomes a knob to open or close the operating stem. The operating stem of the ball shut-off valve has also an anti-tampering function. By using a screwdriver is indeed possible to position and block the stem in a static position (open or closed ball shut-off valve) to avoid manual or accidental manoeuvres.
