For your installation needs with polyethylene tube Runner sanitary is offering a range of brass fittings for polyethylene pipe with internal thread in versions coupling - coupling to connect tube with tube and coupling - threading for the connection of tube with threaded fittings. This allows for a diverse range of connection options for tube and accessories.
These brass fittings are used for connecting high and low density polyethylene tube. In this family the union with the polyethylene pipe achieves the sealing with an O-ring compressed against the tube, while a gripping ring clamps slightly against it to prevent tearing. The tightening action is achieved with a clamping part, which is threaded on the inside of the fitting body, giving the name to the family: with internal compression nut. Typical fields of application are for irrigation, for drinking water supply, in sanitary systems.
The brass used on their manufacture is conforming for hot forged nut and body, brass for parts machined from bar and EPDM for the O-ring seal.
